The location is great, situated between two beautiful beaches in a rather quieter area. The dining experience is generally good, with indulgent pastries. The hotel is ideally situated between two beautiful beaches in Búzios, offering a wonderful location. Despite some issues with the temperature control in the rooms, the staff were professional and polite throughout our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a nice sea view, but it was quite old with an uncomfortable bed and some maintenance issues. On the bright side, it was cozy and clean with a stunning view of the lagoon and the area. The service was friendly, especially from Debora at the reception, but not very helpful in some instances. The location, nestled between two beautiful beaches in Búzios, was wonderful for relaxation. The dining experience was not impressive overall. The facilities were decent, offering the basics for a comfortable stay.
